Shars Creations operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, to provide you, the customer, with a personalized shopping experience (the "Services").

Shars Creations offers three types of products:

  • Pre-order / made-to-order items: Handmade products produced after the pre-order period closes. These are made specifically for you.
  • Ready-to-ship (in-stock) items: A limited selection of items available for immediate dispatch.
  • Digital products: Instant downloads delivered after purchase.

We strive to provide accurate descriptions of our products. However, colors and product appearance may vary depending on your device and settings. We do not guarantee that the appearance or quality of products will exactly match how they are displayed.

All product descriptions may be changed at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and to limit quantities per person, region, or jurisdiction.

ARTICLE 3 – ORDERS

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase. Shars Creations reserves the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion. Your order is only accepted once we have confirmed it and received payment.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it.

  • For pre-order / made-to-order items: Cancellation is only possible before production has started. Once production begins, cancellations are no longer possible. Contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel.
  • For ready-to-ship items: Orders are processed quickly. Contact us immediately if you need to make changes.
  • For digital products: The right of withdrawal is waived once the files have been made available. By purchasing, you explicitly agree to this.

You represent that your purchases are for personal use only and not for resale or export.

ARTICLE 4 – PRICING AND BILLING

Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. The price charged will be the price at the time of your order. Unless otherwise stated, prices exclude taxes and any applicable fees.

You represent that: (i) your payment details are accurate; (ii) you are authorized to use the payment method; (iii) charges will be honored; and (iv) you will pay all charges, including applicable fees.

ARTICLE 5 – DELIVERY

Pre-order / made-to-order items: Items are produced after the pre-order period closes. Please allow a production period of 2–6 weeks before your order is shipped. After shipping, estimated delivery times are:

  • Netherlands: 1–3 business days
  • Europe: 3–7 business days
  • International: 5–12 business days (may extend to 2–3 weeks depending on destination, customs, and local postal services)

Ready-to-ship (in-stock) items: Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after purchase.

Digital products: After purchase, you will receive access to your files via a download link sent to your email. No shipping costs or delivery times apply. If you experience issues accessing your files, please contact us.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on postal services, customs, and destination. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs once an order has been shipped.

ARTICLE 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Our Services, including all trademarks, brand names, texts, images, graphics, and content, are owned by Shars Creations, its affiliates, or its licensors, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms allow you to use the Services solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any material from the Services without our prior written consent.

The names, logos, and designs of Shars Creations are trademarks of Shars Creations. You may not use such trademarks without prior written permission.

You may be provided with access to tools offered by third parties. We do not monitor these tools and have no control over them. Any use of optional third-party tools is entirely at your own risk.

Shars Creations operates its store using external platforms and tools. All sales and purchases are handled directly by Shars Creations. Third-party platforms are not responsible for any sales-related aspects between you and Shars Creations.
