Pre-Order Information

A pre-order means that you are purchasing a product before it has been made and is ready to ship.

Instead of ordering from existing stock, your item will be created especially for you during or after the pre-order period. This allows me to produce items more carefully and in limited quantities.

How Do Pre-Orders Work?

When pre-orders are open, you have a limited time to place your order. This period can vary, but typically lasts between 2 to 4 weeks.

Once this pre-order period ends:

Pre-orders will close
The products will no longer be available for purchase
Production may begin during or after the pre-order period

Production & Shipping

Your item will be made especially for you during or after the pre-order period. Production typically takes around 2 to 3 weeks.

Once all orders are completed, they will be shipped together in one batch. You'll receive a confirmation as soon as your package is on its way.

Why Do Pre-Orders Take Longer?

Pre-orders take longer than regular orders because your item is not pre-made and is created especially for you during or after the pre-order period. This process helps me avoid overproduction and ensures each item is made with care.

In some cases, items may be customisable, such as colors or additional accessories depending on the product.

All timelines are estimates and may vary slightly. Your order may be completed earlier or later depending on production and demand.
Your item is made especially for you and production may begin before the pre-order period closes
You will not receive your order immediately after purchasing.
Once production is finished, all orders will be shipped together.
If your order includes multiple items, everything will be shipped together.
Orders are shipped in batches once production is completed.
Cancellations are only possible within 24 hours of placing your order.
